Cara Knox, LLC offers USPS shipping on orders shipped within the United States. Shipping to international destinations will be sent via USPS Global Express which delivers in approximately ten to fourteen business days and is trackable online. Shipping charges will be estimated at time of checkout – calculated by USPS Global Express rate table based on destination country and weight of the package.
Payment Policy
In addition to shipping, standard 5.0% sales tax will be charged on in-person, mail, telephone and Internet orders. Cara Knox, LLC accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards from customers though a secure merchant service provider. The Web site is hosted on a secure SSL server that encrypts credit card information for customers’ protection. All prices on the Web site are in US dollars. All sales are final.
Customer Service Policy
Cara Knox, LLC’s commitment to personalized customer service means that all phone messages and e-mail inquiries will be responded to within 48 hours – two business days. All stationery goods and gifts are wrapped in a gift/shipping box to ensure the durability and quality of the products.
Return Policy
Cara Knox, LLC pledges complete satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason expectations are not met, customers may simply return the purchase within 30 days and Cara Knox, LLC will gladly make it right. Due to the highly personalized natural of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be given. On Carlson Craft products when proofs are offered and waived or requested and approved by the customer, sales are final.

Visitors to the Cara Knox, LLC Web site will be able to “opt in” or “opt out” of future eNewsletters or other communication by sending an e-mail to info@caraknox.com. In accordance with strict privacy policies and ethical standards, we will not sell, trade or give away consumer information of any kind.
